The label on the outside for size under 104/110 according to China government regulation. All size above 104/110 should have a label inside. Noticed this one is in size 128/134, could be a mistake during production.
The label should be quite easy to remove if customer feels uncomfortable because the purpose to have it outside is to protect little kids from skin scratch caused by labels, and the Mini Rodini factory makes the label easy to detach.
